Abbiamo una Network locale interna di circa 300 colleghi (la Pride+ Network) attiva per diffondere e rafforzare una cultura di inclusione e diversità in particolare per il tema LGBTQ+  Collabora direttamente con le altre Network globali di American Express nel mondo.

Il Pride+ Committee locale, composto da colleghi volontari di varie funzioni aziendali, mette in piedi ogni anno un nutrito programma di attività che va dai blog aziendali (come il ‘Books&Films’ in tema Pride), alla rassegna stampa Pride, la Pride Parade a Roma, il sito aziendale dedicato, e infine gli eventi ricorrenti, come le Pride Breakfast.
