Junior IT Solution Designer and Project Lead (Manufacturing & Purchasing area)
For our IT team, we are looking for an IT solution designer and project lead for the Manufacturing & Purchasing area.
You will be part of a global team and will have the possibility to contribute to transformational programs such as, as an example, the design and implementation of strategy for plant digitalization as well as to the continuous evolution of purchasing processes and supplier collaboration model. The role will report to the IT responsible for Manufacturing & Purchasing and it will be based in our headquarter in Parma.

Job purpose
The role is responsible for designing the solutions and managing the execution of the assigned projects; s/he will monitor the status of initiatives and activities while maintaining status reports, will ensure the commitment of the whole project team (internal/external resources), and grant a high standard of solution quality. S/he will be working in strong cooperation with Business Partners (Global and Regional), IT Infrastructure, Architecture & Cybersecurity, and all IT colleagues, in line with the IT governance rules, assuring adequate application of “security by design” Company guidelines. S/he will be anticipating risks and proactively informing the head on issues and timing changes.
Key Accountabilities
- Define and maintain project activities planning; manage in an efficient/effective way the internal and external resources dedicated/involved in the project
- Allocate resources to the needed activities, executing periodic checks on progress and periodically perform control activities, updating Referents and Steering Committee, proactively highlighting possible risks/issues and implementing the defined actions in order to manage risks
- Apply her/his expertise to design innovative solutions whenever required or to leverage already existing technologies to obtain new solutions, according to a cost/benefit evaluation.
- Keep the proper contacts with Process Owners, Key-Users and other Business Referents, manage the meeting calendars, guarantee that the requested Documentation (project and cross-project) is delivered as established for the different project execution phases, checks the quality of intermediate results/deliverables, in order to be aligned with the business needs and the IT standards
- Promote communication, good relationship and commitment within the project team
- Participate in evaluating requests for process improvements in the project scope areas, executing in-depth analysis of the requests with the process owners according to the guidelines shared with the manager
- Ensure that the solutions defined are fitting to the requirements, considering requirements possible evolutions and synergies with other requests in the area of competence or in other areas.
- Assure the Application Maintenance team involvement to perform the proper project handover
- Give support to teams in consulting and mentoring on methodology and deal with exceptions
- Monitor project economics status, in order to be in line with the planned costs and to highlight possible deviations
- Ensure that the project implementations are coherent with IT Governance in all phases of the process, from initial approval to follow-up and final user acceptance
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- 2+ years experience in system integration consulting companies and/or IT departments of multinational companies, performing solution design, system configuration and testing, project management
- Experience in manufacturing and Industry 4.0, and/or in procurement processes and solutions; additional process knowledge in other domains will be considered a plus.
- Ability to perform articulated solution design to select the best technology to fulfill the requirements
- Project Management skills and ability to coordinate interfunctional and international teams
- Strong relational and leadership skills
- High levels of energy, motivation, and proactivity, with a problem-solving approach and willingness to achieve results
- Knowledge of SAP environment related to production and procurement will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of MES systems, IIOT platforms, or Vendor Management Platforms (e.g. SAP Ariba, Jagger) will be considered a plus.

Cybersecurity Professional
We are looking for a Cyber Security Professional, within the Group Digital & Business Technology Dept, based in Parma. The individual will report to the IT Security Manager.
Job Purpose
Guarantee the development and maintenance of a secure IT infrastructure solutions setting and minimize the Cyber Risks identified, in line with the Group’s Policies and the guidelines issued by the IT Security Manager.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the protection, integrity, confidentiality and accessibility of the company’s information, supplying reports on the effectiveness of the solutions adopted and on the security of data and accesses.
- Manage the existing IT solutions (e.g. antivirus, antispam, web filtering systems, CASB, APT, SIEM, SOC, etc.) and explore new technically advanced products designed to mitigate risks in order to uphold and improve the overall security level.
- Formulate recommendations to the IT Security Manager with regard to the adoption of new procedures and technologies.
- Manage projects, procedures and activities in line with the continuous improvement approach to enforce the cyber security (e.g. ISO 27001 certification; CLUSIT or NIST recommendations, etc.)
- Manage and monitor the mechanisms of intrusion detection and intrusion prevention, in close contact with the External Data Center and the other infrastructure units, in order to avoid computer hacking and suspicious unauthorized activities.
- Ensure the implementation and continual updating of the plan for compliance with legislation (e.g. GDPR , D.P.S law 196 on data protection, etc).
- Collaborate with Internal Audit cyber security assessment and Enterprise Risk Management activities related to cyber security matters.
- Contribute to the formalization of documents, procedures, guidelines to assure the Cyber Security Governance at Global Level.
- Ensure the correct management of the definition and cancellation of user accounts and of related permissions on the use of IT services.

Qualifications
- 3 years experience in the ICT Cyber Security sector gained in complex contexts (as an employee or as a consultant)
- Management-oriented profile for activities and projects in the Cyber Security context: knowledge of the related main platforms/solutions (SIEM, SOC, APT, CASB, …)
- Technical knowledge of ICT infrastructures and systems and related processes for the management of users/roles/authorizations on infrastructure platforms and applications environment, such ERP
- Knowledge of Microsoft platforms and solutions, especially the OFFICE suite, the Active Directory environment, the Office365 suite (Exchange, Sharepoint, …) and the Cloud configurations (Azure)
- Knowledge of the main international ICT security standards, with particular reference to the ISO/IEC 270xx Family (ISO 27001 Certification would be preferred).

Global Corporate Cybersecurity Manager
Barilla G. e R. Fratelli S.p.A is looking for a Global Corporate Cybersecurity Manager, within the Group Digital & Business Technology unit. The role will report to the Cybersecurity Director and it will be based in Parma.
Job Purpose
Ensure the design, development and maintenance of a secure IT setting, through the definition and monitoring of standards and procedures; the design, implementation and maintenance of tools, services and solutions to enforce the level of IT Security; the implementation of solutions for IT security risk assessment, prevention and management and the identification and remediation to security problems, in alignment with the Group policies and the applicable regulations.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate to the development of the Group IT Security strategy, through the proposition of plans, the identification of internal needs and the monitoring of technological innovation trends.
- Participate to the definition and effective management of the annual budget, for both capital and operating expenses, of the IT Security Function, proposing the activities and project plan, estimating their costs and managing and controlling the implementation.
- Ensure the development, update and implementation of IT security standards, through the selection of software, solutions, procedures and systems in order to protect the Group infrastructures, minimizing the risks and ensuring the continuity of the IT services.

- Ensure Group compliance with the IT Security applicable regulations, monitoring their evolution, completing the required regulatory obligations and developing, updating and implementing the IT Security plans.
- Guarantee the coordination of the IT Security assessment, through the identification of critical issues, the prevention and resolutions of issues/problems and the provision of support to internal users, with the aim of maintaining the compliance with the defined standards and the applicable regulations.
Requirements
- Degree Information Technology, Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering, Information Security, Informatics or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT Security with a minimum of 5 years of specific experience as a security manager (or equivalent) in a company with high level of complexity.
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Cyber Security solutions and services, also in cloud environments, and of the main standards and best practices for Cyber Security (e.g.: ISO 27001, ITIL, NIST 800 series, Ethical Hacking, etc. ).
- Professional security management certifications (preferred).
- Knowledge of Risk Management methodologies.

IT Enterprise Architect
Barilla wants to recruit a junior enterprise architect to add to the Digital Architecture team, whose mission is to provide a consistent view across all IT projects, establishing common strategy and foundations for the digital transformations, coherent with the Group Digital and Business Technology and Company’s goals.
Job Purpose
The junior enterprise architect will support the Digital Architecture team and the IT projects teams with the collection and organization of the information concerning the enterprise architecture, at different layers (business, application, integration and technology), for Digital Architecture internal processes (frameworks, guidelines) and IT projects, helping in sharing architecture best practise within them.

Junior Supply Chain Engineer – North Italy
For our Plant in the North of Italy, we are looking for junior engineers to join our Operations team and reporting directly to our Operations Vice Presidents.
Brief Description
The purpose of the role is to develop technical mastery in Barilla plant processes and projects in one of our production plants, undertaking a development path within the Manufacturing and Operations job families, both technical and project management related.
The specific project could differ from plant to plant, but the goal is to train the person on the various aspects of the Plant (continuous improvement, manufacturing and operations, engineering, production).

We are looking for the next Key Account Manager to join our Customer Management team in Region Italy.
The successful candidate will be responsible to develop category plans designed to maximize the performance of the assigned categories, in accordance with Barilla category strategy and defined budget. Being responsible to achieve category targets in terms of volume, turnover and profitability, he/she will be in charge of the negotiation and agreement of category plans with the customer.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the achievement of targets in terms of volume, turnover and profitability of the assigned categories and provide P&L forecast in line with the assigned budget.
- Define and agree category plans, working on all retailing mix leverages (pricing, assortment, innovation, promotional activities) in line with Trade Marketing guidelines and National/Local customer deals, negotiating directly with the customer for the relevant categories.

Tax Professional
We are looking for a Tax Professional, to join our Barilla Group Tax team be based in our headquarters in Parma.
The role will report to a Tax Senior Manager and will be responsible for managing the tax Compliance process for the Legal Entities in the areas of responsibility, managing timely fulfilment of tax and fiscal declarations and duties, guaranteeing constant updating on changes in fiscal regulations, and managing the relationship with local fiscal authorities, in line with operating guidelines defined by the manager and with the Group fiscal and accounting policies.

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure appropriate standard tax advice and guarantee continuous updating on changes in fiscal regulations occurring to the national/international laws impacting on the area of responsibility, by providing interpretations to the Group functions involved, studying the trends, making proposals about new operating ways to optimize fiscal process management and defining relative procedures for effective execution, according to the current laws and in compliance with the internal Group policies and procedures.
- Guarantee effective execution of fiscal management processes for the Legal Entities in the area of responsibility, and propose fiscal policies and procedures consistent with Group fiscal guidelines. Monitor their correct implementation within the area of responsibility, according to national regulatory frameworks and in line with the operative procedures given by the manager.

Brief Description
The person will support the definition and the validation of packaging solutions (new and existing products) in order to optimize consumers and customers experience. S/he will support the implementation of the identified solutions from the ideation phase trough the development and industrialization phases.
Key Accountabilities
- To support the design of new packaging solutions starting from consumer observations and insights, identifying current gaps in order to meet the consumer expectations and improve our current packaging range.
- To develop the Technical Specifications of the packaging materials purchased and utilized for managed projects focusing on materials performance and quality/food safety characteristics (Codifications, Technical and Graphical Specifications, Packaging Master Bills Of Materials and Palletisation/Storage plans).

Planning function:
- assure the correct planning and supply production, in according with central planning, he is the contact point between the plant and each internal / external interface in order to manage plant production and distribution planning;
- manage with Suppliers, Central Production, Production Manager and 3PL, of recovery plans and / or mitigation in cases of under any capacity, stop production lines, supply-transportation planning problems, in order to reset and contain the fallout on production and logistics KPI;
