Nel 2021 il Gruppo ha generato ricavi per €3.222 milioni, un EBITDA rettificato per €367 milioni e un utile netto di €200 milioni.
Le macchine da caffè espresso per uso domestico rappresentano circa il 50% del fatturato totale.  Questo mercato vale quasi 3 miliardi di euro, è in continua espansione e il marchio De’ Longhi è un leader globale in esso.

Impiegato contabile (M/F/X)

Purpose:
Il/la candidato/a sarà inserito/a all’interno del team di Contabilità fornitori/clienti, con l’obiettivo di garantire la corretta gestione e supervisione delle principali operazioni contabili, nel rispetto delle procedure di Gruppo e delle vigenti disposizioni di legge.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creazione dell’anagrafica fornitore/cliente all’interno del gestionale dedicato (SAP)
  • Registrazione dei pagamenti riferiti alle fatture di acquisto/di vendita e rilascio dei relative ordini
  • Monitoraggio dei crediti clienti e solleciti di pagamento
  • Supporto amministrativo al fornitore/cliente ed evasione delle relative richieste
  • Gestione delle operazioni di cassa e dei principali movimenti bancari, controllandone la corretta riconciliazione

Mechanical Engineer (M/F/X)

Purpose:
Design of components, sub-assemblies or new products concepts in-line with the NPD process (New Products Development)

Principle Accountabilities:

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the design of components, sub-assemblies or new products concepts in-line with the NPD process (New Products Development) working closely with Product Marketing, Electronic, testing, IP, Quality department starting from product specification through to feasibility study and robust design, finally closing the process with the SOP.
He/She will participate at the definition of specific tests in order to approve components / systems for use and act to drive a right first time solution taking into account performance, obsolescence, cost & other key programme metrics.

E-COMMERCE SUPPORT (M/F/X)

Job Responsibilities
The resource will have the opportunity to learn the main methods and procedures relating to the management of online sales.
As an eCommerce Support, she/he will be working closely with the Group team, to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the website.

In particular, he will be involved in the following activities:

  • Support the eCommerce team in maintaining and aligning product catalogs and prices to the agreed assortment
  • Optimize customer experience by merchandising the products based on available data
  • Ensure digital content is correctly uploaded to the website
  • Liaise with the development team to continuously measure site performance to ensure our customers receive the best possible online service
  • Support the data team in monitoring and enriching
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team on daily activities such as new website quality checks; setting up proper e-merchandise of commercial activities; performance reporting of the business results

Job Responsibilities
The role consists in a coordination between the Purchasing function and the Product Development (engineering / manufacturing / supply chain …) for the development and maintenance of products. 

Is responsible for:

  • Timing & cost tracking on NPD on assigned project/commodities(New product development)
  • Sourcing process starting & tracking on assigned commodities in collaboration with Strategic Sourcing,
    organizing technical alignment meetings with supplier, supporting commodities on tracking the tooling
    construction ensuring the overall project timing
  • Cooperate with Strategic Sourcing (Commodity Purchasing), Supplier Development, Product Management,
    Quality and Manufacturing Engineering and global plants to drive the global sourcing projects and continuous improvements (Cross-Functional Global Interaction).
  • Product or Process changes in regards to assigned projects, together with R&D, Strategic sourcing and Manufacturing

Sales & Distribution Back Office Specialist (M/F/X)

Key Interface Internal-External:
The Sales & Distribution Back Office Specialist is the first point of contact for our subsidiarie’s markets, distributors and key customers within a specific geographical area in the daily activities.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Commercial area: direct entry of customer orders, monitor orders generated in the system by local team branches or by customers integrations. Active involvement for particular promotions and deals, oversight actions on availability;
  • Logistics Area: guarantee and contribute to target performance level of service required, compliance with deadlines for the markets in charge and in scope.

Purpose:

Qualifications, Knowledges:
Ideal professional background:

Supply Chain Technology Specialist (M/F/X)

Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to manage the analytics, strategies, and system improvements to effectively support the logistic Supply Chain organization.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Project Management within IT, Logistics and other Supply Chain departments
  • Contribute to translation of Group Logistics requirements in data integrations and technical business proposals
  • Seeking for continuous improvements finalized to support the business and improve the Customer journey for the logistic asset.

Purpose:
The purpose of the role is the first level of negotiation with logistics service providers to support other company departments, internal or external to the Supply Chain, who need to make use of these services. Principle Accountabilities:
Define mid-long term MPS for our factories combining commercial prevision (forecasting), production capacity and stock rotation in order to realize a sustainable production plan in terms of costs and procurement and satisfy our market requests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Finished Products Planning from internal Production
  • Feasibility Analysis of the Sales Forecast Request included in the Planning Book
  • Feasibility Analysis of Extra Forecast Requests
  • Definition with the Supply Planning Manager of the Master Production Scheduling (Main Production Plan) of the Work Centers to be planned
